In-House
Within our own production we offer our customers a full service package. On one hand the screws of our in-house production are intended for wholesale as well as professional specialist companies such as carpentries. On the other hand, we produce special screws for the DIY sector. In both cases, fasteners made of stainless steel are produced on request. We also offer packaging services as well as Ruspert® and wax coatings and heat treatments. In addition to that we also provide customized screws based on your drawings.
External
Our audited and highly professional partner companies are supplying additional services in order to provide our DIN LING customers with an all-round package of services that leaves nothing to be desired. They generate additional accessories, carry out coatings and heat treatments and also take care of smart packaging solutions. They also produce further parts for DIN screws as well as for the automotive sector and – last but not least - manufacture special customized screws.

Screws
Screws are our life. Whether in the production for the wholesale or for the DIY sector - we are driven by passion and dedication. Our extensive range of products includes both robust screws for outdoor use - such as for building terraces - as well as various timber construction fasteners and sturdy window and door bolts.
Terrassenbau
The creation of an ETA and its use as the basis for CE marking are clearly defined and regulated processes. Nevertheless, it takes a lot of effort and experience to implement them correctly. Therefore, especially in the field of regulation and approval, we recommend not to take unnecessary risks, but to work with experts who have a lot of experience with the dynamic regulatory environment and the specific technical and logistical requirements of a manufacturer.
At AVVIO, we offer a unique package: for more than 35 years, we have been involved in the manufacture and approval of fasteners for structural timber construction. Internal product testing prior to application, which ensures the necessary performance, completes our service.

An important component related to your screw order is the packaging. DIN LING offers a variety of packaging options. We deliver the finished products in cases, chutes, as taped screws, in bulk or in boxes –in each case they are customized to fit the predetermined layout of the particular customer.
Treatments
The scope of our in-house production includes the making of wax coatings as well as Ruspert® coatings. In addition, we offer heat treatments.
Projects
You need a unique, customized screw? We also manufacture special screws based on our customer’s drawings and wishes. Our experts are always available for an extensive consultation concerning that matter.

Accessoires
Our reliable and specialized external manufacturing plants produce a lot of useful accessories in addition to our own standard range of products. They supply us with practical accessories such as bits and washers on your behalf.
Packaging
We offer a wide range of different types of packaging to choose from. Some of them are produced by experienced suppliers. The portfolio includes taped screws, cases and chutes as well as buckets and customized boxes in different sizes. The desired article combinations and packaging layouts are carried out by our competent experts.
